What information does Anthony Mann Recruitment collect?
In order to process your suitability for a vacancy we collect your name, contact details and other relevant information directly from your CV. We will also record other such information as is required to establish your eligibility to work in the relevant location.
How will Anthony Mann Recruitment use personal data?
Anthony Mann Recruitment does not retain a ‘bank’ of candidates in the traditional Agency model. Personal data is only used in connection with the relevant assignment for which a candidate has applied and Anthony Mann Recruitment does not retain applicant/candidate details beyond the extent of the completion of the relevant recruitment assignment, unless the applicant/candidate notifies Anthony Mann Recruitment to do otherwise. Personal data of candidates/applicants who respond to advertisements, but are deemed not suitable, will not be retained.
Who will your personal data be shared with?
Subsequent to gaining your permission to do so, Anthony Mann Recruitment will share your personal data with the client/potential employer who, under the applicable terms of business of the relevant assignment, are required to maintain an appropriate level of care of candidate personal data forwarded to them.
The only other instance when personal data may be disclosed is if Anthony Mann Recruitment is so required to do by a regulatory body or law enforcement agency.
What are your rights?
You’re in control of your data. Should you wish for your personal data to be removed from Anthony Mann Recruitment’s records at any point, such notice may be made by email or post and will be acknowledged.
